What are the office hours and where is it located?
Our main office can be found at our Eau Claire facility and is open Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your belongings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when you store at EZ Stor Self Storage. How do I access my storage unit?
All of our ground units are drive-up accessible, allowing tenants to drive their vehicle up to their unit for easy loading and unloading.

Do you offer parking spaces?
Yes! We offer indoor boat, RV and vehicle parking at several of our facilities. We also offer Outdoor parking at all of our facilities.

How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Use our Online Storage Calculator or contact your local EZ Stor Facility.

What is the best lock to use and do you provide locks?
No, tenants need to provide their own locks. Disk locks are recommended as they are harder to tamper with.

How should I store items in my unit?
It's best to store absorbent items, especially cardboard boxes, off the ground. Wooden pallets are a popular method. Although it's the tenant responsibility, some of our locations may have pallets available for tenant use, but it's not guaranteed. Contact your local facility for more information.

How do I rent a unit?
You can rent your unit through our Online Move-in, by phone, or in person at our Eau Claire facility.

How long is the rental agreement?
We offer month to month rentals with a minimum of two full months. Leases beginning after the 1st of the month. begins mid-month, your rent will be pro-rated at move-in.

Why do I need to pay a security deposit?
Security deposits are held to help cover costs that may be incurred from damages, unwanted items left by the tenant, or cleaning fees after a tenant has vacated. Deposits are held for as long as you occupy the unit, but is up to 100% refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30-day written notice prior to the end of the current rental month.

Why is there a green lock on my unit after I completed the online move-in?
We offer immediate access when completing the online move-in. You will receive an email with the combination code to your unit. Please make sure you bring your own lock and deposit the green lock into our dropbox located onsite. There's a lock fee for any locks unreturned.
